Standing strong

2 Chronicles 15:7 “But you, be strong and do not lose courage, for there is reward for your work.” That is a verse I recently came across in my personal devotions and it has been extremely helpful. Just reminded me that we need to continue doing things even when we don’t see any progress made. You never know who you are reaching by the actions you are taking.

Things with school are starting to come to an end as I am down to just final exams. I am getting excited about my trip to Uganda and to see how the Lord works in me and through me to touch lives over there. Just less then two weeks until I fly over there.

Reaching that point...

It’s starting to get down to the point at which everything starts to go into a blur. Time flies and you can barely even remember what you did yesterday because you’re so busy today. That is how I feel at this point in my life. I was at a Chapel service these past weeks and the speaker talked about how we need to live each day to its fullest and not look for something better or wish away the hard times. In all the wishing away we start to wish away the times in which we grow into the person we are becoming. It’s about living every single day to it’s fullest and enjoy each moment our God gives us.
